Good news for Gwadar and CPEC, as the Eastbay Expressway is now fully operational. The Gwadar Port’s major artery, Eastbay Expressway, is where all of the port’s traffic will pass. The Eastbay Expressway’s main purpose is to connect the Port and its Free Zone to the National Highway, in order to facilitate efficient logistical movement of import, export, and transit commodities.
Eastbay Expressway connects Gwadar port with Khunjrab pass through M8 (also known as CPEC route). It also connects the Gwadar Port with Karachi via Makran Coastal Highway.
