In a recent interview , Pakistan’s Ambassador to China Moin ul Haque shared his views on the friendship between China and Pakistan. According to him, Pakistan has always welcomed all the important initiatives put forward by China, including the Belt and Road Initiative, of which Pakistan is a proud partner, and the Global Development Initiative, for which Pakistan is the first partner country.
Moin ul Haque also highlighted the importance of the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative. The ambassador emphasized the need to learn from the past, particularly from the many different civilizations that have flourished throughout history.
He also spoke highly about the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, which he referred to as a flagship project of the BRI. He described the CPEC as a “game changer” that has transformed the economic landscape of Pakistan. He noted that all the projects under the CPEC are focused on people, and expressed pride in the partnership between China and Pakistan.
